Just chipped the last icy snow lumps near my garage...from a 12/21 rain/snow blitz here...that's almost 6 weeks. Never seen this here. Your scene looks nice of it melting and water flowing. Welcome February!
Glad to hear you're getting some good moisture this winter - maybe will lead to a floriferous wildflower season in your foothills there? February is starting out with a bang here - up to 2 feet of snow expected in the next 48 hours!
