I can almost smell that Japanese tree lilac! Mmmmmmmmmm! Nothing like late springtime in the Rockies!

That Japanese tree lilac is outstanding. Mine didn't bloom very well this year because of some cold, cold April weather at the wrong time. Besides the lilac tree, we have something else in common...I also have a degree in horticulture!

Thanks for participating in Garden Bloggers' Bloom Day.

Love the Crambe, what a pity that it flowers only for a short period of time but when it does ..... wow!

Your Japanese tree lilac is wonderful!

BTW I'm a garden designer too and my blooms are up as well.

Thanks ladies!

Yes, the tree lilac is at it's all time best this year thanks to a cool and rainy Spring.

I love the crambe for it's giant foliage too...
