Very, very nice and simple. Is that a mass of Veronica L of the flagstone slab path?
Yes it is, David (good eye!). Veronica 'Crystal River' to be exact. The pale green plants are yellow hardy ice plant, Delosperm nubigenum. To the right of the path is Vinca minor. All are evergreen.
